How do I update Audio driver for a E4200, Dell does not offer one for a D410, without it trying to detect machine?

I dont have sound on my laptop D410 because of fresh install of Win7, Dell has no audio driver update for that model, however the driver for the E4200 will work, how do I upload it without a service tag # ?
