Audio driver Dell e5420, no audio in all NTB after upgrade Win 10 from Win 7..

Hello,

I would like to ask for advise if somebody have the similarly case..

I have just updated Windows 7 with actualization to Windows 10 on dell laptop e5420, but don't function audio on all laptop...skype(error as problem with playback device), no sounds on YouTube, so nothing of sounds in laptop...It seems that I will need to find some new audio driver for Windows 10 but to  be compatible with dell 5420..

I am not IT expert, so THANK you all for any help and advise with short instructions:-)
