I'm not sure if this is a Dell system software item or Windows 7. Until recently when pressing the Mute button, or adjusting the volume up or down a small window with a speaker on it showed up a in the middle of the screen and I could see the volume setting or in the case of mute it would put a red line across the speaker. Now all of that is gone. I still have the tiny little icon on the bottom right but I prefer the larger one that used to come up.
Is there someplace I can turn that feature back on?
I also noticed the same issue when I increase the screen brightness using the Fn and arrow key. No more little window showing brightness.
