Hello,
I have an XPS 15 (L521X) and recently my sound has stopped working whenever I try to play videos. This includes Netflix, Youtube, and linked videos like on Facebook. The videos wont play sound through the laptop speakers, headphones, or any auxiliary speakers. However, I can still play music from sites like Spotiify.
I have checked all of my audio drivers and they all say they are working correctly. The audio troubleshooter has not found anything either. My main web browser is Chrome and thus far have not found any sort of audio settings that could be the cause. I am also unaware of any settings in Spotify that would be blocking audio from other sources.
And yes, I have tried turning the volume up... and also have run a diagnostic from Dell Support.
