Hi,
yesterday the laptop completed an automatic Windows update, and since then the microphone hasn't worked any more. I tried with the diagnostics on the Dell website, but it didn't work: its conclusion is that "There was an issue running diagnostics". When I check the control panel, it appears that a microphone is installed, as shown in the picture (sorry, it's in Italian) but it's like the system doesn't recognize it, since when I tried to use the sound recorder I receive the message that it is impossible to find the recording device. Any ideas?
