Could hear Sound from both head phones and laptop

Dear All,

I could hear music both from head phones and from my laptop . I am not able to change my head phones as default device. I see two options like" default device " another one as "defult communication device". I could select the second but still i could hear sound from both .I tried reinstalling drivers as well.

Help in this
