Dell XPS 15 Unbalanced speakers

Hi,

I've recently received my new Dell XPS 15 9530, and having two issues with the audio system.

First but very important, the speakers are unbalanced, I can hear the right speaker better than the

left one, but I guess that this is because the right speaker is located at the right side of the laptop, while the left is located somewhere in the middle.

Is that by design? if not why does the audio sounds like it comes out from the right side of the laptop, and actually feels unbalanced.

Well, I've tried changing the balance between both speakers, but it's not helping much, also tried changing the settings in the Dell audio, not helping as well.

I'm really frustrated

Second, How can I force the laptop to use the headphones microphone and not the built in one?
