Inspiron 15r 5220 with a bad headphone jack that I didn't contact customer service on until 4 days after the warranty expired puts me on the <ADMIN NOTE: Profane word removed per TOU> list as well. Right now, with jiggling, I can get the headphones to work but I know that is short lived. When it stops, I'll open the case and see where I stand. Feeling really <ADMIN NOTE: Profane word removed per TOU> that a laptop only lasts a year without problems. Also, I did lose more than a week having to ship it to Houston to be fixed, but I guess that doesn't matter. I can't get Dell System Detect to work either. I'm getting more and more irritated!!
