I have some new, out of the box Dell Inspiron 3521 laptops with Win 7 Home premium os (64 bit), after installing Netmotion Netmobility VPN client, 64 bit, my sound is gone, speakers and headphones. Windows will not shutdown clean now, hangs at "Program needs to close: explorer.exe, waiting for 'Playing logoff sound'". All hardware is 'optimal', Dell diags are clean. I think Netmotion is stepping on the audio somehow. Any suggestions/help will be appreciated.
