I recently updated my Dell Inspiron 13 5000 series (Service Tag:<Service tag removed>) on Dell.com. The reason I updated the driver was because the audio was playing exclusively through the built-in speakers and not through my headphones. After the update, the results are the same. I have tried it with 4 different headphones or different brands, all of which function perfectly on other devices, so the problem is definitely with the laptop.
Is anyone else experiencing the same? How did you resolve the issue? Any suggestions welcome.
