So, recently i bought an Alienware M14x R2 just about 2 weeks ago. I noticed the speakers were set to Stereo, i tried setting it to 5.1 surround and suddenly, THE SPEAKERS BROKE DOWN! it makes tiny crackling sounds, it doesn't even let any voice out! even when i switched it back to Stereo, it stayed like that! crackling! i had to restart my laptop just to fix the problem but every time i tried switching it to 5.1 surround, it breaks down. So, now my characters games are like deaf but the sound effects are there.
So, could you help me resolve this problem? I'm quite sad about this
