I didn't think to compare streaming music to local files until I found this thread. Thanks to the people who posted about that. My audio fades out to almost nothing when streaming, but acts fine for local files. I quit maxxaudio and it didn't change anything, then i started it again and no change, but what did finally fix this for me was going into maxxaudio and clicking "Revive". No idea what that's supposed to mean but now streaming music sounds fine. "Revive" is located on the first screen, "Playback," in the lower left area under "Streaming". I hope this helps someone because it's a really annoying problem. Not the first driver issue I've had with this PC, pretty disappointing.
