So I am currently using a headset with a build in mic and it's not picking up the headsets mic but instead it is using the laptops mic which is extremely annoying. The headsets mic doesn't even show up in the playback options as you can see here 
As for my sound drivers I have this installed
Any thoughts on why it wouldn't be picking up the mic? My laptop has a single 3.5mm port.
