Hello,
Just ordered and started to use my Dell Inspiron 15 3552 laptop. I realized that something is wrong with the headset port. I have tried to use my earphones and then headphones which the laptop has recognized immediately as a new device connected to it, but the music sound was still coming out from the laptop and did not switch to the earphones / headphones. (Note: I plugged in them properly.)
Please help me what I need to do in this case. I want to use earphones / headphones to listen to music and play videos. I don't want others hear what I am watching / listening.
