Audio plays louder on left side of headset in brand new XPS15

Hi,

It looks like I have damaged socket, but I would like to confirm that I've done everything what is needed.

Current state:

- Sound plays perfectly well on build in speakers
- When I connect either headset (speakers + mic) or just headphones I can hear that left side plays louder than right side.
- When I rotate a jack inside a socket in some position it actually works well on both sides.
- if I find a position when it works I can't touch it. Even very gentle push from the top of jack makes a right side faded.

I've got familiar with base troubleshooting of this, so I've tried:
- remove default driver (just in case)
- reinstall dell driver
- when right side is faded I've tried to manipulate a balance in sound settings, it did not fix a problem. Changing volume didn't work either.

Did I miss something? Is there any other way to fix it other than gong to service (I'm in the different country than I've bought this pretty expensive device).

Best regards,
Peter
