Two XPS 9550 no audio after being turned off for a while

I purchased 4 XPS 15 and 2 XPS 13 for my employees. Two of the XPS 15 were replaced because connecting a headphone caused blue screen errors. Now, if we turn on the laptops after not been used for an hour there is no audio and the audio engine is like froze or waiting for the audio card to wake up. This can cause other apps to crash or never start like Skype For Business which we use for internal communications, meetings and press. The issue can be fixed by restarting the machine but eventually after a shutdown, the problem comes again. Both were formatted and all drivers were installed using the latest versions available. We tried others drivers but the issue persists. Additional to this we are having Bluetooth problems, for some reason the BT device stop working, I think I resolved the issue with the BT. Tried D(H)ell Support but it is a joke. We are now deciding to return or not all the XPS to Dell and getting another brand. Anyone can give us hope before returning all six XPS?
