Installed Audio drivers but no Dell Audio or Realtek Sound Manager!!

Hi,

I re-installed the audio driver for my dell laptop: dell inspiron 15 3542 since the dell audio user interface wasn't displaying properly, so when I re-installed it, I can't seem to find any sound manager!!!
