Microsoft Office was not installed on my new Inspirion 15

I bought a new laptop that was supposed to have Microsoft Office installed, but it wasn't.

So far, I have spent close to 5 hours on the phone with both Microsoft and Dell tech support trying to resolve this issue. I am being told by Dell Tech Support that it will take 2 more days to resolve this issue with Microsoft.

This is crazy!

Any suggestions?????
