Hi
I have a Dell XPS 17 L702X with
Realtek High Definition Audio
And
NVIDIA High Definition Audio
The problem is speakers don't work and are not muted or deselected.
When I plug the headphone, the auto popup dialog does not appear (or does not popup)
Headphone does work
Reinstalling audio driver does not help
It seems like that the laptop feels or sensor that the headphone (speaker) / S/P DIF is plugged all the time
When I go to Realtek HD Audio Manager (Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Realtek HD Audio Manager)
And then go to Advanced and open Jack Information, The plug in the middle is activated (Which is headphone (speaker) / S/P DIF)
Anyone has any idea how to solve this please, and is it software of hardware problem?
Thank you for taking the time to read this
