Chromebook 11 bezel glass replace

Hello,

My Chromebook 11 bezel glass cracked and I want to have it replaced. (The LCD display is still fine). I tried to call DELL customer support, but each time, I am transferred to someone who tells me that he/she is not correct person and is not responsible for Chromebook. I'm transferred and transferred until inevitably the line goes dead...

My question is what is the correct phone number or department or person who can help me to have cracked bezel glass replaced ??
