unable to use bluetooth headphones with Inspiron 15 5558

I recently purchased a set of bluetooth headphones and I can't seem to get them to work.

I have and Inspiron 15 5558 (i can't remember how I found that 4 digit number so I can't double check to make sure I got it right)

My OS is windows 8.1 64 bit

My system is the combo headphone/mic jack and it has the realtek audio that displays the pop up when you plug something into the jack. 

I can't get the realtek to allow the bluetooth headphones to play the music through it.  Any Ideas?
