MaxxSense audio fading in and out, inspiron 13 7348

Hi,

I got a new inspiron 13 7348 with windows 10, and when ever i listen to anything with audio it seems to fade in and out. I have tried reinstalling audio drivers and changing the maxxsense settings. Nothing works! any help please?
