I own a Dell XPS 12 running windows 10.
My internal microphone has stopped working and I have not been able to fix it. I had the same problem with Windows 8.1 before the upgrade.
Device manager indicates that the device is working properly.
F12 diagnostics shows no problem.
Dell diagnostics tells me that there is a problem with the internet connection - unrelated problem but also frustrating.
Any suggestions?
