Alienware M17X R4 issues

i have some questions regarding the support for windows 10:

1. my screen sometimes goes off and a beeping sound come out of the speakers while i turn up/down the volume or start a video.
2. the creative soundblaster software does not work,  tried to reinstall but could not.
3. mouse is very slow after updating to win 10,(did not change any settings)
4. sometimes windows will not shut down or takes very long to shut down.

please help, it's starting to get anoying
