combo jack options: headset lost in translation to Dutch

If you plug in a headphone or headset in the headset combo jack on a Dell laptop with Dutch menus, the menu shows the following options:

  1. Hoofdtelefoon
  2. Luidsprekeruitgang
  3. Hoofdtelefoon
  4. Skullcandy hoofdtelefoon
  5. Dell luidsprekeruitgang
  6. Skullcandy hoofdtelefoon

As you can see the 1st and 3rd option are the same, both "hoofdtelefoon". The 4th and 6th option are also the same, both "Skullcandy hoofdtelefoon".

I was searching how to use a headset and discovered that in the Dutch translation of the menu the difference between headphone and headset was lost. The 1st option in this menu in English is "headphone" whereas the 3rd option is "headset"; the same applies to the 4th and 6th option. But both "headphone" and "headset" were translated to the same Dutch word.

Usually in Dutch the word "headset" is not translated; its simply referred to by the English word. If Dell insists on translating it, it should be "hoofdtoestel". Is there some way to let Dell know this? Does anyone know if the translation to other languages has the same problem?
