Audio works with headphones, but not the speakers

Hello, I have a DELL XPS17.  The sound is working fine with headphones, but no sound when the headphones are unplugged.

Note that I had the reverse problem (good speaker sound but no headphones) and then updated the driver.  Once the new driver was installed, the problem was reversed.  Very odd :-P

Last driver installed is Audio_RLTK_W7_A05_Setup-J3VMR_ZPE
