I have had ongoing problems with Bluetooth with my laptop. I have a Dell Inspiron 15R with Windows 8.1 64bit. The speaker is a Bose Soundlink. I bought this laptop a year ago and lost Bluetooth connection with every new Windows updates. Would call and they would access my laptop and fix it. One time I even had to reformat which did nothing so ended up sending laptop in and having card replaced. Bluetooth working fine after that. A month ago after a Windows update Bluetooth connected but no sound. Bluetooth connected and worked fine on other devices. Had Bluetooth earbuds but they eventually stopped working too. Have uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers and software to no avail. Any help would be great.
