XPS 13 no audio in headphone jack

Hello, 

I've been attempting to resolve this since last night, with no success. I have an XPS 13 64-bit running on Windows 8.1 
I've had the computer for a month and a half, and haven't attempted to use the headphone jack until last night, as I use a headset for work that requires a USB port. Since beginning research online last night, I've installed and uninstalled several different drivers. No headphone shows up in my playback devices when I plug them in, only the speakers. I've tried several different headphones. 

I've also tried uninstalling all audio drivers and shutting down my computer to allow windows to install the native driver, that didn't work either. 

Please help, any advice is appreciated!
