New folder: : include in library: windows backup

 I renamed 'new folder and then include in library (documents); put some files in it

start:documents : shows 8 locations ( one extra) OK

Trying to prove windows backup has backed up my new folder onto E: DVD RW

I cannot see the new folder's files

Assistance as to how to demonstrate

Would prefer to be able to chat  online rather than telephone support or email
