The service tag of the system is <Admin Note: removed per privacy policy~RK> and the case id is <Admin Note: removed per privacy policy~RK>. The customer care is not ready to listen anything and they are saying they can not do anything in this regard. I have received a call and the way they are speaking seemed rude as well. They are asking to pay Rs 1250/- to get the speaker replaced.
