Samyak Veera - Audio sound not working properly

Hi My name is Samyak Veera from U.S

I have purchase new laptop Inspiron 11 3000 Series 2-in-1 . It's audio player not working properly, I am trying a many times but can't get the solution. Right now I, am out of town and felling very bore but not able to hear any song.I don't have any no. of customer care to contact. If any one have customer care no. so, please suggest me.If you solve my issue it would be good for me.
