What is this ? I am using a Dell Inspiron 15 3ooo series and yesterday I found some updates for my drivers ; one of them was referring to the audio driver and it was from Realtek . After that the volume icon showed that thing . The update is Audio_Driver_RR03M WN 6.0.1.7288 A01 . I am telling that this caused that but I am guessing it since before it wasn't like that . It seems that it has to do with the greek characters .
