Hi,
When I am opening sound settings by typing "sound" in the search option,a prompt is coming with the following tab "Playback", "Recording" etc.
In "Playback" tab the option of "COMMUNICATION HEADPHONES" is not showing. only the speaker is showing.
For this, I am unable to use skype as the microphone option is not working there.
I am using DELL LATITUDE E5420 mode and windows 7 OS.
Kindly suggest, what to do for the same.
