hi ive tried trouble shooting, system restore, but i cant get any sound ive even run diagnostic and pressed no on colours test i had no beep for audio but my laptop did give a vibration and buzz at one point this not being the dvd motor test, i think the speaker may have died but i d like to be sure thank you in advance dell problem solving gods im in your hands
