Precision M4700 and IDT Audio Driver (Windows 8 x64)

I have aproblemwith my newDell PrecisionM4700 with Windows 8 x64.

I cannot installthe audio driverIDT HighDefinition.During installationI getthe error message"the hardware detectedis not supported bythisIDTsoftware package"or, ifI try tousethe manual installation, I get themessage "Cannotinstall the driver.Adeviceis not active".

I think that theaudio device isdisabled,but do not knowwhere to check.
