I have a Dell Inspiron 15R with Windows 8.1. I recently purchased a bluetooth speaker (Alpatronix) so that I can get louder sound for some online programs. I don't have any problems to connect my laptop to the bluetooth speaker. However, I found the laptop speaker significantly lowered the main sound track after the bluetooth speaker used. I tried to adjust my laptop speaker back to normal in Device Manager and the speaker sound balance control, but seems no use. Could any one help me solve this problem so that I can get my laptop speaker sound back? Now I can only hear some background sounds from online programs.
