Hey there.
To start, I would like to say that there is very little I'm not liking about the Alienware 14 laptop I bought. But I'm posting here today to inquire about one thing that is irritating me.
The volume levels on this laptop are ridiculously high. I mean WOW. For example, if playing Minecraft, set to 1% volume in the options menu, with my laptop volume set to 100 the noise of a dirt block breaking is deafening. At 50 it still makes me cringe with pain. Simply put this laptop came with broken sound. How do I fix this? Thanks.
