Customer Service stinks- Speakers completely out

I have an Inspiron 3520 and let me tell you...I am VERY unhappy with how I have been treated by the customer service/ tech support. I have been called a liar, been lied to about my warranty date AND hung up on. They are rude and so unhelpful. I have sent in my laptop three times with no positive action taken and now my speakers are messed up. I was told my warranty wasn't up until OCTOBER but was informed it was out LAST MONTH! Keep your dang stories straight. I have wrote an email to the CEO of Dell and I am NOT afraid to go to the media or talk to a lawyer about this because this is ***. >:(
