Dell Inspiron 15 no sound at all coming from my laptop

I have a Dell Inspiron 15.

My sound has not been working for a week or so.

I did restart my computer, I checked it with headphones,

the headphones made no sound either,

I also used troubleshooting on my windows control panel

ive got nothing
