I have watched tutorials, did trouble shooting, ran diagnostics (said I had an error that the diagnostics couldn't fix but couldn't find out what the error is.) I don't know what else to do. Everything seems to be fine and I have tried fixes recommended. Trying to use SKYPE and I can hear the audio from the other person but she can't hear me. I did an echo/audio test and couldn't hear myself. I don't know what else to do. Can anyone help me. I believe my laptop should have a built in microphone. If this is my mistake and it does not, will someone please let me know? Thanks
