Warranty issue

Yesterday I bought a Dell inspiron 7000 series laptop from dell exclusive store in Kolkata but the warranty is showing that it started  from 6/3/2014.
1)Now what should I do ?
I am also planning to avail the "back to college offer" for additional 2 year warranty.  
2) if I avail the offer then my warranty will  start from when ???
